Monina Asuncion, MD, founded Fairmont Pediatrics in the early 2000s, establishing the practice as a trusted part of the Pasadena community. Dr. Asuncion and Jilly Vidyasagaran, MD, continue caring for patients at Fairmont Pediatrics and have served generations of local children. Many former patients now bring their own children to the practice, continuing a longstanding tradition of trust and family-centered care.
Since 2019, Fairmont Pediatrics has been owned by Ashu Syal, MD, FAAP. Under Dr. Syal’s leadership, Dr. Asuncion, Dr. Vidyasagaran, and the rest of our pediatric team continue building upon the practice’s legacy while delivering high-quality pediatric healthcare at our Pasadena and La Porte locations.
